Fee Schedule

Once we have an agreement, you will provide me with a deposit of half of my fee, and I will start designing!

I will send you regular updates and progress pictures along the way for critique or approval. Please be as detailed as possible with your feedback. If there is something you don't like, it can be changed at this point. If there is something you love, let me know. I thrive on this input!

When the design process is complete, I will request the remaining fee so I can begin procuring the necessary furnishings. I am an omni-crafter/gatherer in NA, so I can make a lot of what we need.

Locked items will be your responsibility, and I will give you a shopping list. Please get these items into the house as promptly as possible.

I can buy everything for rush jobs, but this will increase your costs.

Please ensure your house is empty of any furnishings. Items in storage are fine.

Once everything has been deposited into the house, I will ask to be reimbursed for the furnishings and materials that needed to be purchased from vendors or the market board. I will provide a list of costs at your request.

Now starts the dyeing and installation process. It will take approximately 30 minutes.

Lastly, you will be invited to see your new home! If you don't like it and no longer want it I will tear it down and leave the items in your storage or on the floor, however, there will be no refund at this point.

If you love it, the job is complete and your new home is ready for you to enjoy!
